Welcome to the HCSA Website!

The assignment here is to select an elite athlete that you admire and complete the following:
    1.  A brief biography (his/her background),
    2.  a synopsis of their accomplishments,
    3.  a picture of the athlete in action,
    4.  a summary of training methods they use to stay fit.
All of the above will be in a one-page sheet which includes their picture, and the above information, and should be printed and submitted by the end of class with your name typed on the first page.
